Delete your BOMA account

You ask, and the BOMA team deletes your account within 7 days. Nothing is deleted the moment you ask.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

BOMA signs you out on every phone and stops your notifications straight away.

By email

Write to apps@boma.tech from the email address of your account and ask for it to be deleted. We write back when it is done.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, phone number, password and notification settings, and your place in your business.

What stays

Your business and its machines stay with the other people in it. If you are its only owner and want the business deleted too, say so in your email; then its machines’ data, drivers, rates and shared cards are deleted with it.
