These terms cover the BOMA app and console, made by ReachUp Ltd. By using BOMA you agree to them.

What BOMA does. BOMA shows where your machines are and what they are doing, from the BOMA trackers fitted to them. Positions, engine hours, fuel and money figures come from those trackers and the rates you set. They can be late or wrong when a tracker loses signal or power, so check anything that matters before you act on it.
Your account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for the people you add to your business.
Drivers and other people. Machines carry trackers and drivers drive them. Tell your drivers that their machine is tracked, and follow the law where you work.
Fair use. Do not try to break into BOMA, read data that is not yours, or load it more than normal use needs.
Your data. Your data stays yours. BOMA uses it only to run BOMA for you, as the privacy page says.
Changes and ending. BOMA may change over time. You can stop using BOMA at any time; see Delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
Liability. BOMA is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, ReachUp Ltd is not liable for losses that come from relying on BOMA’s figures.
